Fresh off the plane from Burgundy… donning his beret…
Join NWF longtime veteran (also the chief wine critic of The New York Times) Eric Asimov for a Grand Cru evening featuring some of the most coveted recent vintages and wines that Burgundy has ever produced. The Grand Cru vineyards are the “elite” of Burgundy wines, the crème de la crème. Grand Cru wines represent the pinnacle of Burgundy – just 1.3% of the wine produced in the region receives this designation.
These exceptional wines will be curated by Eric and sourced by Gordon’s Wine Director & Burgundy Specialist, Ian Halbert. Gordon’s Wine is known as a leading fine wine destination, with one of the best Burgundy programs lauded by serious collectors, the newly initiated, and all in between. The wines and the banter will be paired with a five-course gourmet menu.
